Bobby Ortega: One thing that did come out in our group was that there is a real need for education and training. Green building is being taught in our schools, maybe we can also have training in other aspects, such as financial management.

 
Robert Ortega: We talked about several things that increase housing costs: the use of illegal aliens, trying to determine the distinction  between modular, prefab, and mobile homes --  for financing.
